THE ROOMS
Historic Charm Meets Modern Conveniences
When I discovered the Black Walnut in 2019, my favorite part was how deceptively big and bright the old farmhouse is. Every room is full of light from the large windows overlooking the grounds or added skylights to offset the varying ceiling heights. All I needed to do was preserve the traditional farmhouse charm while adding in the modern comforts travelers require today. Each room has plush Tuft & Needle mattresses, alarm clocks with Bluetooth speakers and charging rests, streaming Roku services, and individually-controlled air conditioning and heat. With only four completely unique guest rooms, you’ll feel right at home and welcomed like family.
The Blue Moon Suite
Settle into our most spacious and secluded suite with a private hallway entrance that leads your own tranquil corner of the Inn. Unwind on the plush king bed, luxuriate in the oversized bathroom with overhead skylight, and plan your daily adventures at the vintage desk overlooking the barn.

We want every guest to have a comfortable stay, so please reach out before booking and we'll discuss which room and layout would work best for you.
